We do not charge VAT and there is No Call Out Charge within a six mile radius, beyond this point an additional amount of £15 for every six miles travelled will be added to the bill, there will be a minimum of 1 hour charged for all jobs beyond six miles. 

We have not increased our prices since 2004 and will endeavour to keep prices this low for as long as possible!!

DOMESTIC RATES : 
Most non emergency jobs are charged on a half hourly rate.             
There is a general service, non emergency Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm.                                    

e.g. electric’s, carpentry, curtain rail, shelving, pelmets, glass, locks and telephone extensions plus other general repairs.                             
£30 for each or part half hour per person plus material costs.    

All types of Plumbing, Patios / Path’s high pressure cleaning (non emergency)   Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm.                                        
£35 for each or part half hour per person plus material costs. 
note ; above points – Saturday and Sunday rates are charged at
£40 for each or part half hour per person plus material costs : 9am to 6pm.  

Gutter’s – Cleaning, repairing or replacing, all ladder work jobs.
Monday to Sunday 9am to 6pm.
£40 for each or part half hour per person plus material costs.             

Unblocking Drains; Sewage & Foul water cleaning, blocked toilet, sinks etc.,  Monday to Sunday, 9am to 6pm.
£55 for each or part half hour per person plus material costs.  

EMERGENCY SERVICE PRICES : 7 DAYS PER WEEK  : 9AM TO 6PM            
e.g. Power Failure, Plumbing, Security breaches (e.g. glass, doors, locks) etc will be charged at :
£95 up to an hour per person plus material costs, thereafter, £45 per half hour.  

ALL AFTER HOURS WORK : 6PM TO 10PM
PLUS BANK HOLIDAYS & BANK HOLIDAY WEEK ENDS :              
£60 per half hour or part half hour, only customers known to us can utilise our services after 10pm.  
Most jobs are charged on a half hourly rate (apart from out-of-hours and bank holidays). 

Due to the shortage of man power, we are unable to give you a first hand quotation, but we do suggest that if you are looking to compare a quotation then get 1 or 2 detailed written quotations that you are happy with at which point we will then  come along to see the quotation details and the job and advise if we can either beat the price or we may be able to do a better job for the price you have been quoted. 

As you know there is no VAT charged and how we manage without the VAT is to separate the material from the labour, we suggest you either get your own material or if we supply any material we like to take cash for the material or we will take cheques or multiple of cheques for our services provided they are backed by the bankers card or alternatively if you don’t have a credit card and under the present circumstances, without the bankers card we will only accept CASH. 

Note :  Whilst every care is taken we can not be held liable for any accidental damage you will need to claim this through your own home insurance under accidental damage.
